We are currently on a break indefinitely. If you are looking for a Beyond Addiction group in the area, you can find a list here.
No one has been untouched by the addiction epidemic in our state. As a community of faith, we want to be a part of the solution and offer hope in whatever way we can to those battling substance abuse, their family members, and those in recovery. We hold a regular support group and class for parents and partners of addicted loved ones.
If you feel hopeless or overwhelmed, come.
If you want to learn how to better communicate with your addicted loved one, come.
If you don’t want to feel alone in your struggles, come.
You can come to one or all of the meetings. We will use the book “Beyond Addiction” to guide our time and teach new skills. This support group is completely free and has been made possible by training and resources provided by Kanawha Pastoral Counseling.
There are also other support groups that meet throughout the week in other locations if Tuesday evenings do not work well for you. See the latest list here.

If you have a loved one battling substance abuse and they are ready to make a change, please contact the helpline. They will get your loved one connected to the right treatment for them.
